Remote Customer Service Representative – Swiss/German
What is the role?
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in the Global Insurance Sector. As a Customer Service representative, you will be providing excellent support to our client' customers via phone and email. This role is remote based.

Minimum Requirements
Professional level of English
Native Swiss German Speaker
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Preferred requirements (Not Essential)
Customer service experience
Solution focused mindset
Positive attitude
Customer retention experience
