Compliance Administrators

 

What is the role?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Compliance & Validation Agent for one of our clients in the UK/Ireland Market. As a Compliance & Validation Agent you will be validating non-profit organisations and verifying details via phone and email

 

Please note: You would need to be within commutable distance of our Cork City office for this role as it will be based onsite.

Who are we seeking?

·        You are used to consistently adhering to strict processes & procedures

·        Previous experience in a Compliance/Validation environment is desirable

·        You have a proven track record of achieving KPIs

·        You have a high attention to detail

·        You have excellent oral & written skills and have demonstrated this in a professional environment

·        You are a team player, willing to go out of your way to help a teammate

·        You constantly strive to improve, seeking coaching & guidance from both peers and managers

·        You have experience working to deadlines

 

Essential Requirements

·        Compliance/Validation experience is desirable but not required as full training will be provided

·        Fluent English speaker

·        Business writing experience

·        Content Moderation experience an advantage

·        Positive attitude and team player
