What is the role?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in the Utilities sector in the Irish Market. As a Customer Service representative, you will be providing excellent support to our client' customers via phone (inbound), retentions and Back office support. The role may go to a hybrid work model.

Minimum Requirements

  • Professional level of English
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • €24,000 base salary per year plus commission.
  • €250 Amazon or One4All voucher every 6 months.
