What is the role?

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our housing agency as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also ensuring that all content on our platform adheres to our guidelines and policies.

 

Who are we seeking?

 

The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in customer service, preferably in the real estate or housing industry. They should possess the ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues effectively, and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

 

The successful candidate will be a team player, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong computer skills to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

 

Overall, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, maintaining the integrity of our platform, and contributing to the success of our housing agency. A solution based individual who is interested in maintenance projects may suit this role.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Professional level of English

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

 

 

Preferred requirements (Not Essential)

  • Relevant qualifications

  • Inbound call experience preferable

  • Ideally 1-2 years of customer service/content moderation/facilities experience
